Switch (Strengthening Women in Touch Football) is a VicHealth initiative which aims to increase the activity levels of Victorian Women aged 25 and over, through Touch Football. Taival Films and Touch Football Victoria came together to create a poetic style video which gives the viewer and understanding of what the program has to offer and an inspiring idea of the sport, itself.
